Be sure you’re on our email list to stay informed about possible cancellation openings, flash drops, new merch, and when booking reopens. For more frequent updates, stay connected with each artist on Instagram as well.
Those looking to claim an Into the Abyss piece, book an Intuitive Tarot Tattoo design session, or schedule an eyebrow appointment may continue submitting requests throughout the current booking quarter.
Wait-List & Booking Forms
You will be asked to provide general details about your tattoo request, including placement, approximate size, preferred session length, and artist preference. Our goal is to make the booking process as smooth and organized as possible for everyone. Each booking quarter, we may prioritize certain subject matter or project types, so please be sure to include all required information—requests missing details may be skipped.
We continue to operate on a quarterly booking system. Once the three-month booking period is full, books will close and new requests will no longer be accepted through the website. You are still welcome to submit a request outside the booking window; these will be added to our Tattoo Wait-List and reviewed first when books reopen.
If your request is accepted, a deposit will be required at the time of scheduling. The deposit secures your appointment and guarantees the preparation of your design. Requests without a deposit will be considered void. Design drafts are typically sent between one week and one day prior to your appointment.
Deposits!
Deposits are $150 and are required to secure all appointments. Deposits may be made in person with cash or via Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle, and $100 will be applied toward your final tattoo cost. All deposits are non-refundable, but if a reschedule is required, the deposit will be held for up to 6 months. After that, another deposit is required to book.
If you need to reschedule for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible.
We are a cash-only tattoo studio, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Pricing & Hourly Rate
Our shop minimum price is: $150 for “small” tattoos
and $100 for “very small” tattoos.
Shaun’s hourly rate is $225
and
Kat’s hourly rate is $200
Appointment Times
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. As we may still be working on another client if you arrive early. Arriving late may cause a reschedule of your appointment. And may affect others who have appointments scheduled after yours.
If you are going to be running late. Please notify your artist as early as you can. However, we highly appreciate a full days' notice.
Cancellations.
If you are to cancel your appointment. Your deposit is non-refundable. And you may be asked to place another deposit prior to setting your next appointment.
Location & Parking
We are located downtown, so parking is paid for either on the ParkCbus app, or on the Kiosk. Or you can park in the Buckeye parking garage. (Generally, $11 for the day) and you must go to the 5th level for unreserved parking. There are various other garages as well.
We are located inside of the Commerce Building (the same building as The Vault) on the 3rd floor. Once you get off of the elevator make 2 lefts and we are at the end of the hallway!
If you need to use the restroom beforehand pop in and see us for the key!
*Late appointments will be given a 30-minute grace period. After that, you will be contacted, and your appointment will be rescheduled. We do our best to respect your time and we expect the same.
*All designs are presented anywhere from a day to a week before your appointment. Any changes made to your design must be submitted prior to the time of your appointment.
